combat vessel with capable shielding, armor plating, efective weapons, good speed and maneuverability, and sufficient power-core
to supply all their systems to provide offensive actions behind enemy lines.

so I hope the EVE online creative team can chose better balanced properties of this ship ( when it will win, of course )
